This coffee from the Mbeya region boasts fruity notes with a smooth finish that reminds us of a good cocoa. Produced by a dedicated group of farmers who are part of the Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Society (AMCOS) in Southern Tanzania, the coffee cherries are meticulously hand-picked, sorted at their washing station, and then carefully dried on raised beds. This meticulous process, which includes regular turning and covering during the hottest part of the day, ensures precise fermentation control and achieves the ideal moisture content; allowing us to showcase classic vibrant characteristics of a great naturally processed coffee from Tanzania.
